We’ll build habits you can actually stick to, with weekly virtual check-ins and texting support in between.

My goal is to help you build awareness, feel more in tune with your body, and stay consistent with a realistic plan.

  • Learn about inflammation roots from nutrition, hormones, environment, and gut health

  • Join a supportive community: be apart of a like-minded group who offer encouragement and share their wellness journeys.

  • Weekly motivation Calls: Stay on track with weekly check-in group calls focused on boosting motivation, setting goals for the coming week, and mini health lessons from your coach.

  • Recorded nutrition session: Participate in a meal prep session to learn simple, nourishing recipes and tips for efficient planning.

  • Accountability & Check-ins: have 9-5 access in the group chat to post meals, ask questions, and learn from your peers.
